E & O Insurance

You are required to have E&O Insurance (Personal Liability coverage) to be contracted with the insurance carriers as an independent broker.

Once purchased they will email you a copy of your E&O Insurance Certificate upon purchase, make sure to download and save the certificate.

AML Certificate

Ensure you have the Anti-Money
‍Laundering (AML) exam certificate
‍prepared as well. You can take the exam here.

Beneficiary

Please also select a beneficiary, such as
a family member or friend. Ensure you
have their contact information, address,
social, and date of birth.

Voided check or direct
deposit form​​

Make sure the info on your voided check
is accurate, especially your name. If not,
get a direct deposit letter from your
bank. Carriers will pay commissions
directly into the account you provide,
so confirm it's the right one.
